In the same way that we add the Webex meeting details to an Outlook room booking to join the meeting from the Cisco Room Navigator, it would be great if you could do the same with a PowerPoint presentation. If you could add the PowerPoint attachment to the Outlook room booking, then on the Room Navigator there would be an option to 'Display Slides' in the same way there's an option to 'Join' the Webex meeting. It would mean we wouldn't have to take a laptop into each meeting we want to display slides in and have to Miracast to the Cisco board to see them.
