When the message storage for voicemail is "internal", email being sent has Webex branding. It is a well formatted email having both HTML and plain-text part.
Similar formatting will be available for external mailbox storage option as well. This enhancement is planned for Q2CY24.

Would allow us to ensure people do not report as phishing email and also be more trustworthy of the email being received by them.
