Restrict Call Monitoring options

Supervisors should not be able to monitor any queue. There should be restrictions in place to only be able to monitor calls from the teams you're assigned to under your user profile. Being able to see who's monitoring what calls helps, but does not address this base issue. It's also confusing to the end users who see queues / teams / people they do not manage.
