Enable options from the control hub regarding the webex app

Make the below possible from the control hub regarding the webex app.

a) Enable the " show when in a calendar meeting" option for everybody by default.

b) Remove the "hide option" from the webex privacy .

    Ideally, these options need to be under admin control, so that a company policy can be set, and so that users cannot change.
