Remove caching of phone numbers in Webex App softphone

The first time agent (2) receives a transferred call from another agent (1), the name of the agent (1) will always appear in agent (2) Webex App toaster popup, and the following Webex App window for all transferred calls to agent (2) from that point forward.

If this first transferred call was not cached then the actual name of the person transferring the call will appear.

    rdelacruz - its not clear from your description what you are experiencing. Please submit a support ticket to have this investigated.
