Provide a way to mask the main Tenant phone number for Webex CC Desktop outbound calls

Currently, only the main Tenant phone number is used for default outdial ANI of all outbound calls viewable in the Webex App softphone toaster popup and the subsequent Webex App window while outdialing.

For example, we have 2 sites currently in Webex Contact Center. Site 1's main number was initially used to build the Tenant in Webex Control Hub.
Now that we have Site 2, we see Site 1's main number for outbound calls in the Webex App toaster popup and Webex App window while outdialing.

We need a way to mask the appearance of the main Tenant number per Site as these two sites are in Ohio and Tennessee. Tennessee sees the Ohio main phone number which doesn't make any sense.
