The customer would like to have the PC speaker completely muted when in a meeting and sharing with audio.

When a user is in a Webex meeting and connected (whether wirelessly or using HDMI) to a Cisco Room device when sharing a video with audio from a PC, the audio will play on both the Cisco Room device and the user's PC. Since the user who is sharing audio from their PC is in the same room as the device, if their mic is unmuted this causes Audio feedback. The customer would like to have the PC speaker completely muted when in a meeting and sharing with audio.
