User Community Feedback

We are currently using programs like Zoom to run our virtual Office Hours by using their Waiting Room capability. We have been transition over to Webex and although you have a waiting room (only in the personal room) we also like the fact that we can message people in the waiting room aside from those in the office hour session. This is a feature that our team would love to see so that those in the waiting room know that we know they are there and will be with them as soon as possible.
