CharterUC.webex.com swap time of event and time zone in layout.

Requesting to change the layout of the time and time zone when creating meeting/webinar via CharterUC.webex.com. The time is first once set the time zone is next. When altering the time zone it also alters the time of event which can lead to errors. It would be beneficial to have the time zone first followed by the time of the webinar/meeting.
