Pin chat messages in Webinar/Meetings

When we are hosting events there is generally Q&A (our users tend to use the chat function for this, not Q&A function), a lot of the time the presenters like to answer these questions at the end of the meetings/webinars. There is a lot of communication that goes on in the chat and looking through the entire chat for these questions can take away from the meeting content and take away from the fluidity of these events/webinars. If we have the availability as hosts/cohosts to pin these chats it would make it easier to keep track of the questions coming in and focus on the presentations.

Hello Kaya, thank you for your request.

    • Pls, how do you envision “pinning those chats” would work?

    • Webex customers have access to Slido, a platform for Q&A and polling embedded within Webex - what could be done, so that the participants would leverage this option?

    Thank you
