Public calling name, but Calling ID=Private

Some customers want to display “private” as their Calling ID (not Calling Name),when they do not want their phone number to be visible.

However, they want to display their Calling Name normally.

This is for when a Webex Calling user is making an outbound call to a PSTN user.

Is this for incoming calls to a webex calling endpoint or outbound calls from a webex calling endpoint to an internal and PSTN user?
