Consistency of term used when agent is on a call

When an agent is on a call, the status shows as Engaged. When viewing the Dashboard, when an agent is on a call, that status shows as connected. When migrating users to this new platform, it creates confusion when the same term is not used for the same status/functionality.

    Please elaborate if this is about Webex Calling.

    The status mentioned in the description ("Engaged") is not something that is available in Webex Calling.

    Adding screenshots would help.
