Contact added in Webex Control Hub must reflect in the Webex App

Currently contacts can be only search via SIP address from the Webex contact section, but the customer requirement is to have the same contact listed to every Webex App user, which is not available at the moment. We have 40+ Webex App user for domestic Violence help center and they all around 100 contacts to be added to their Webex App, as this contacts are fixed we want somehow add these contact to the control hub so everyone can view and call them. Recently a TAC case is raised #695704481 for this same description.
