When the customer makes Webex Meeting with End-to-End Locking , he sees (between Host Key & Join by Video System) :
"better security : Meeting with end-to-end Locking" (attached photo : 1526 photo a)
he wants this information to be seen also in :
a) Outlook invitation (attached photo : 1526 photo 1 - Outlook)
b) My Account > Calendar > Meeting Preview (attached photo : 1526 photo 2 - My Account)

If one creates a End-to-End-Encrypted-meeting there is no hint of that in the email-invitation or in the appointment in the Webex-App. But that information is very important for the users and the IT-Servicedesk staff, so that they can know why they (for example) cannot join via Browser (Web-App).
If you want to stand a chance against MS Teams, multipoint E2EE is one unique feature of Webex that could help you with that.
We want to use E2EE in Webex, but can't because of the described shortcomings.
There is another Feature Request from Nov 9 2021 which addresses other shortcomings of the implemetation of E2EE in Webex.
