why is an active PSTN call not visible under the webex calling tab?
it sits under the chat tab??? why?? users do not understand this
see my screenshots how this manifests in the webex app today
for instance once you answer your call with your 8851 phone you have to search for call control to transfer or to hold the call in the Webex app.
From user perpective completly unlogic.
