Touch 10 needs a BACK button for version 11

Touch 10 needs a BACK button for version 11 (folders)

At present Cisco is making users upgrade firmware from version 10 to version 11 on video units but the touch 10 no longer works as expected. If you have folders under Favorites or Directory and you click on a folder there is NO BACK BUTTON. You have to unplug and replug in the touch panel to clear the screen, all you can do is exit out but you can never go back to the folder view without the reboot of the touch pad 10. HUGE ISSUE!! Guess what? The Room Navigator works so please advise when the touch10 will work again.
