Block user in Meeting

Topic - I want to block a/ multiple users in meeting.

I’m creating a reoccurring meeting for multiple sessions in a month. But at times I need to block/unblock certain user due to some internal reasons to refrain from joining the session.

Firstly, I need above feature to be enabled or implemented in webex meetings.
Secondly, I also want to have the list of blocked users on the portal.
