Align Call History with Alerting/Active call presentation in mobile client

When the call is alerting or active the mobile client shows "forwarded by Hunt Group Name" but once the call is completed the Call History shows "forwarded by Hunt Group Calling Line ID first name and Hunt Group Calling Line ID last name"


This leads to confusion for the users as the name changes between in-call and call history. Even more so as the desktop client does align in-call and call history.


This behaviour really should be consistent.
