When searching for a customer in Help Desk Support Search you must use the start of the Customers name or no results are returned.

For example if a customer was called KingKong searching for Kong would return no result while searching for King would.

This is different to searching customers in Partner Hub where you can search any part of the string.

Finding customers by searching any part of the string in Helpdesk would be very useful to support personal.
