User Community Feedback

I would like to have my popups stay on the right hand side of my screen and stay there as I reply to people until I close them. I get a pop up for 2 sec and then it is gone. I get busy and don't go in the application to find the person that just popped me up. I also can't tell what conversation I have going on with who The design need to be changed to be more user friendly
