On the newest version of the control hub, on overview, the full admin can change/modify the windows (e.g windows services/what's new) etc

On the newest control hub, windows like windows services/what's new/hybrid services etc, can me editable so that the customer can drag and drop them on top/bottom of the site depending it's importance. It will be helpfull for full admins that have a lot of information to check on their overview tab of the control hub
