add a default virtual background for all users in the company

customer needs an option to set a deafult virtual background for all users inside the company

    Or at least a way to share that default for participants to download as needed. (Adding a default picture isn't hard to do though! That is.. when Virtual Backgrounds are working properly! (Still need to work on this feature).
