Ability to have control over APS tab on WxCC

Ability to have control over APS tab on WxCC Agent Desktop

This request comes from multiple end customers. They would like to have control over the Agent Performance Statistics displayed on the WxCC agent desktop, so if they wished, they could hide it from agents, partially or altogether.
