More granular notification settings in Teams

I would like more control over notifications, including how I'm notified and for which events. For the global setting, along with the ability to override per space, I would like to have the following notification options:

  • Desktop, mobile, or both (for each of the granular settings)

  • New messages

  • Replies to my threads

  • All replies

  • Separate global settings for favorite spaces

  • Ability to disable notifications for all 1:1 spaces (currently can only mute each 1:1 space individually)

  • Ability to customize notification sound/volume

  • Integration of desktop notifications into the OS (Windows notification center)

    It would be good to ensure the mobile app has the ability to mute incoming calls when on a Webex rather than having to use the workaround of moving to DND. This was a client request.

    Ability to set sunset hours on mobile notifications. My laptop can meep away at 2 am when a colleague from Europe wants me, my cell phone should not, and it shouldn't require remembering every night to change that.
