Ability to change the Default dial button on WxCC desktop "Consult" and "Transfer" modals

Multiple customers have asked for the option to set the default dial button to "Dial Number" instead of the current default of "Agent" on the WxCC Desktop Consult and Transfer modals. It is more common for agents to do Consults and Transfers to other numbers outside of their contact centers, thus the request. Can we make this default selectable by admins? Thank you!
