Provide option to Start the MS Team CVI meeting from Endpoint

As of now we can only join the MS CVI meeting from Cisco endpoint, provide the option to start the MS CVI meeting from endpoint

MS does not allow CVI devices to create a Teams meeting....not much we can do on this request
