When selecting the Reply with Meeting button in Outlook and adding a personal room, the personal room meeting information is appended to the bottom of the email. The user is required to cut and paste the personal room information to the top of the email thread OR the recipient of the email reply with meeting will have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the email to see the meeting information. This can quite cumbersome if the email thread is lengthy. We would like to request that the Webex meeting information be appended to the top of the email thread when a user is replying with a meeting so that it will be easier for the recipient to locate.
