Adding Personal Banners to WebEx Teams Profile Picture

With a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging mindset, I am looking for a way to showcase our allyship in a virtual setting. I would like to propose allowing a custom or pre-set selection of banners to add to WebEx Teams profile pictures. For example, it would be neat to allow a rainbow banner on a profile picture in support of the LGBTQI+ community. This would be similar to LinkedIn's profile picture green banner right now that says "Open to Work." I think this would help others in a virtual setting know who is an ally and someone they feel safe connecting with! This could be used in various functions and capacities to support everyone!

    Based on current priorities, we don't plan to deliver this in the next 24 months.

    However, if it can be tied to a specific deal and dollar amount, please send details to Brian Callinan. A business case like this could help with priorities.
