Allow bi directional communication with physical phone with extension registered in Webex

We continue to have our agents trying to use their physical phones to perform tasks like end call, transfer, and consult because they have been used to doing this since the beginning of using a contact center application. The ability to have the phone use bi directional communication with Contact Center when they are using a phone with an extension registered in WebEx would be extremely helpful and may also help limit attrition related to the change in workflow.
