Working via webex meetings with customers on service request, especially high-severties, it would be very helpful to have notes added into the chat window of the meeting to be mirrored into Cisco's internal webex chat. This would log active and real-time updates into the webex internal chat space as opposed having to copy and paste.
This can include any information added to the webex meeting chat such as diagrams, links, notes, IP addresses, etc.
