Whenever the mobile field of Webex user got removed and null, it retains and reflects the old value. Would like to request a feature that Cisco Webex can reflect and take null details and let the mobile field emptied out.
At the moment, to remove the mobile number, the customer will need to contact their CSM to open an Identity Support ops review case each time.

Background: The org uses Azure AD sync to sync user information including the Mobile field. A user had accidentally updated her mobile number in Azure which then got auto-synced to Control Hub, and therefore it’s visible in her Webex App. User had removed her mobile number from the Azure AD but still Control Hub retains the old value (her mobile number).
Per current design, Azure AD sync will not sync any NULL values but it retains the old value. This needs to be changed and it should accept empty values also.
