User Community Feedback

We use the /people API to verify a user exists in our Org while creating a meeting from our own form. Our overall traffic to the endpoint is not very high but our spikes in traffic are higher than the current throttling limit. Implementing 429 error handling/timeout doesn't solve our problem as that just causes timeouts for the end user.

We would like one of three things, either:
1. Increase throttling limit of /people API to 250/min

2. Implement spike throttling that can spike up to 250/min for a short period, or

3. Implement a bulk /people API that we can pass 10 or more emails to and get all of their details back in 1 call.
