Feature that advise admins on CH that the limit of character for Monitored Lines has been reached.

Regarding the limitation described in "BroadCloudPBX Limitation on Monitoring Lines Whitepaper-1" document, customer is requesting to add a feature in CH that notifies admins that the character limit (MTU=1500) has been reach when adding monitored lines (BLF).

Since the characters length of each contact is different, is difficult for customer to know when they have reach the limit, so they face the issue of incomplete NOTIFY packets and contacts do not show up in their Expansion Modules and some customers do not have the possibility to increase MTU size in their firewall as describe as workaround in the documentation.
