Remove the Cisco Default background image on "Enforce virtual backgrounds" of Virtual Background settings

Customer wants a unique admin uploaded background image to be forced for all users, but when you set to "Enforce virtual backgrounds" on control hub, a cisco default image is displayed as well, and the end users are forced to it by default (not to the admin uploaded one) even the webex default backgrouds option is disabled on "Allow virtual backgrounds"


The perfect scenario is if webex force end users to use the admin uploaded background and no other is displayed when enforce is set.
