Show call deatials instead of dialing when tapping a prior call log in the webex app

If you inadvertently tap a call in recents or missed in the webex app, it instantly calls that person. To prevent butt dialing, add a second tap to place the call. First tap should show call deatail and give you a button to call, message, delete, add to contacts, etc. Currently if I end a call and accidentally double tap the screen I end up calling someone about 3-4 calls back in the log. There's a good chance on a "missed" call that the user does not want to do that.
