It would be great to have an outbound pre alerting announcement as customers want to customise their call recording advice message. Inbound exists so surely would not be that hard to add

allows customers to customise their outbound call recording notification rather than just have the platform "this call is being recorded". Customers can tailor their annoucement which will result in less people ending the call. eg hi this is acme calling , just letting you know this call is being recorded.
