Optimize Local Contacts Load for Webex App iOS

Our firm publishes the Global Address List (GAL) to our users's phones. This means each user at the firm has 5000+ contacts in their local iOS contacts list. When Webex opens, it is taking quite awhile for the app to load as it is trying to load in all the contacts. Would like the contacts loading mechanism to be better optimized for handling large volume of contacts.
