Customizing email that Cisco sends you when you sign into a MPP Phone when using Hot Desking

The current email notification that we receive when a user signs into a Cisco MPP phone device for Hot Desking purposes. I want to be able to customize this email message so it would contact our support and not Cisco Support team because we don't need our users to contact Cisco


The existing email message from Cisco reads as follows:

New sign in on Cisco MPP phone device.

We noticed that your Cisco Webex account XXXX@XXXX.COM signed in on Cisco MPP phone device. If this wasn't you, contact the Support team.
