User Community Feedback

When the site admin is trying to search for users with number or one word of their display name it's not appear, it needs to search with the full name, email, 2 or 3 parts of the name so it will appear. Which is make it inconvenient to search for the users. It would be helpful if the users appear by searching with any part of their name.

Another thing, about filtering the users:
Currently it can be filtered by name/email or administrators or location, it would be more helpful to filter by 2 criteria together like name/email and location rather than one criteria at a time.
