Stop or amend WebEx Event follow-up emails during and after the event

Events are unpredictable. This makes setting up follow-up emails that you cannot change after the event has started or has concluded very risky. Thus, it would be best to allow Hosts to change or even halt the event's follow-up emails after the event has started and concluded.
