Independant Webex App for Intune

Need to remove the Webex Meetings app dependancy for Webex app for Intune when joining meetings. This should be Cisco Webex's approach towards unifying the app.

Currently Webex Meetings app is required for users who try to join using Webex app for Intune. Webex meetings app is not in the Intune's list and due to company restrictions this leads them from not installing this app and the dependancy is creating issues when joining the meeting from Webex app for Intune. To mitigate this customer has to signup for MMP program which is an additional process for an organization to go through.
