Now customer has an org level setting"Automatic updates (Controlled by Cisco)"

And in the user level setting ,

The setting was turned off "Allow automatic updates" .

When the user level setting can override org level Automatic updates.

So customer must to turn on the user-level "Allow automatic updates"one by one.

There is no templat can assign settings to customers all at once.
