Customer want to limit attendees for Webinar by generating registration ID in invitation

customer want to restrict attendees by adding attendees or importing attendees. If the registration ID can be generated once host have added the attendee, attendees don't have to register and only this attendee can join the webinar with the registration ID, meeting link and PW.

The customer "JAPAN SOCIETY OF QUALITY ASSUARANCE" is often using webinar to host academic seminar.
