Enable Department field in the receptionist client

Enable department field in the receptionst client,

if the user have the department fiel poulated in AD i'll can see the department in the receptionist client also.

Receptionist client is being replaced by Webex Attendant Console. Please refer to https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/4xgekbb/Get-started-with-the-Attendant-Console
