In the company, we are now connected to many "external" Webex users via the "Contacts" and "Teams (Groups)" area. Internally, all persons who do not exclude this can see the availability and status of other persons. External people who do not belong to our company cannot see this. Can this be changed?
However, it would be even more important that external partners who are connected to us via a Webex account can see our status and availability. This does not work.
However, external persons in a team group can see the status among each other but no status/availability is displayed for all members from our company. Can this be changed?
