Ad-hoc Conferencing in WxC on devices needs

Ad-hoc Conferencing in WxC on devices needs to mirror the same experience as in the app.

Conferencing people together from the WxC devices is very, very painful, the native bridge is poor quality, which needs to be increased to at least 720p and the escalate to a Webex meeting feature is missing on devices. I propose that conferencing should just always be a webex meeting in the background and make the conferencing experience the same across the board.
