Granular control of Webex DND sync at the organization level for Webex for Broadsoft

Currently Webex DND sync feature after being enabled at the cluster level is turned on for every organization within the cluster. There is a setting on the control hub under the Org->Services->Calling->"Allow DND sync to be synchronized" but this feature was design for Webex calling users and works erratically for Webex for Broadworks deployment. We need a feature that provides granular control of DND sync for Webex for Broadworks so that we can selective enable/disable this feature for certain orgs and control whether to sync DND status between Webex and devices.
