When files are downloaded through Webex they don't have a signature/ mark on them (Mark Of The Web, MOTW), which would normally enable Anti Virus/ scanning tools to pick up that files originated from the internet and therefore flag them/ scan appropriately.

As the files themselves originated from an internet based application (Webex) we would expect any file to be given the MOTW, to enable Windows and other software to identify where it originated from.
