request to cancel the not yet join meeting bar during new platform meeting

after updatinafter updating to the new platform for online subscription, the invited user who doesn't join the meeting, there'll be displayed

in the not join meeting bar in attendee list.

client request to only display for host not every attendee can view it

    client thinks that there's no necessary to let the attendees to view this list and please set a switch or other things to control this feature
