Webinars | Email template customisation | Turn OFF the toggle for Registration approved

Hello team, this request came from SWIFT who only use Webinars


When creating Webinars, we always disable the:
Email messages > Customize email template > Turn the toggle for Registration approved, Registration declined to OFF.

Is there a way to make this as a template / Webinar template so we dont have to manually turn them off each time we create a new Webinar ?
